June 6, 2020

For many years, DCCS on-time high school graduation rates for men and women have surpassed the rates of the surrounding population in Utah, as well as the US.

In 2020, on-time graduation rates for Co-op members hit 95.8%.  A record high that surpasses not only Utah’s 87.4%, but every other state in the nation.  Iowa, Kentucky and North Dakota report the highest graduation rates at 94%, while the US as a whole reports a rate of 88%.

Within the DCCS, the on-time graduation rate for females rose from 93.94% in 2019 to 94.87% in 2020.

Males rose from 89.47% in 2019 to 96.88% in 2020, surpassing females for the first time since 2016.

Approximately 92% of the DCCS seniors attended public high schools in 2020.
